TU Delft

CLA info session

The Collective Labour Agreement (CAO in Dutch) is the contract between the unions (including employees of TU Delft) and the employers (including management of TU Delft) of this sector. It dictates pay, benefits, work hours, retirements plans and other worker rights. Having your employment conditions enshrined in a CLA means you do not have to negotiate for them individually, and all employees get a better deal. The employment conditions of TU Delft are legally bound by the CLA, which is renegotiated every few years.

Current negotiation round update

At 12:45 – 13:45, Thursday June 11th in Lecture Hall Boole at EEMCS (Building 36) we will update you on the progress of the current negotiations, what the main contentions are, what that means for you and how you can help influence the outcome. Walk in is from 12:30.

Bert de Haas, the union manager for our sector Education & Research, will be present as well as other FNV members employed at TU Delft. The session is open to the public, including non-union members. Everyone is most welcome. We also urge you all to spread this invitation as widely as possible.
