My name is Gisela Wubben and I have been working for the TU in the finance department for over 33 years, and I have also been a member of FNV for almost that long.\u202f\u202fFor many years I helped fellow members with tax returns for the FNV, unfortunately I had to stop this a few years ago because I was quite busy at the time.\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fortunately, this\u00a0very busy\u00a0period has been over for a while and when I was asked more than 2 years ago if I would like to follow\u00a0certification\u202ffor\u202funion consultant. I\u00a0did not have to think about it for long and I started\u00a0the training\u00a0in January 2024.\u202fIn March 2024 I\u00a0certified\u00a0as a general consultant and because I had been in this position here at the TU for\u00a0several\u00a0months, I started in April.\u202fIn June 2024, I completed the last part of the training and am\u00a0now\u00a0an official\u00a0union\u202fsector\u00a0consultant\u00a0and can therefore carry out\u00a0the\u00a0tasks that come with this.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What does a union sector consultant do? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The most important thing is that you can contact me with questions relating to the work here at\u202fthe\u202fTU. If I can answer them for you, I will do so, if it concerns a legal issue I will ensure that it ends up with our lawyers, provided you have been a member for some time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a sector\u202fconsultant, I can also be an observer during conversations, for example with HR or your manager, after we have prepared this well in advance.\u202fI will stop\u202fwhen\u202fthe question has been answered, the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction, or it has been referred to the legal department.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
